About the pool

Great family friendly pool! No back neighbors. Has a tranquil water fountain and pool chaise lounge chairs with 9 feet umbrellas, patio tables, and a large grassy areas for play. We also have festive floaties and noodles. Full sun from 11a-4pm and then fully shaded from 5pm onward. Monthly mosquito treatment to surrounding areas. Maintained daily with vacuuming, scrubbing, and chemical balancing and between each guest use.
