Enjoy a faux tropical paradise right here in Maine!! Large pool 16’ x 32’ by 10’ at deep water end and 3.5’ at low water end. Large hardscaped area outside the gate can accommodate your own pop-up tents and extra play space for large groups. Everything you need for a great summer pool party or an hour of laps. Unique feature of this pool is the return jets are aligned to ceate a "Lazy River" effect...hop in a tube and gently float arounds and around the perimeter! Located in full sun for most of the day, the average water temp is 78 F. This pool can be heated to 85 F for additional $ and must be requested at time of reservation. Note: Depending on water temp it can take up to 8 hours to reach 85 F so this is not available on bookings with less than 8 hours notice. Pool features a vinyl liner with fully padded walls and floor (low water end), diving board and 5ft wide walk in steps at low water end and and ladder at deep water end for safe entry and exit. The amenities include a queen sized cabana bed with curtains, two lounge chairs and tables poolside. Two open palapas: one is a lounge area with plenty of shade, privacy curtains, and variety of seating, the other is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, with sink, fridge, grill (extra $ for gas) and all dishes and utensils, with both bar and table seating. Both areas have solar lighting for evening enjoyment. There is also an enclosed pool house with composting toilet and changing room. Extra large, fully fenced, brushed concrete pool deck offers plenty of room for lounge and play. Huge pea stone terrace and large stone firepit outside the fenced area for extended play space. Cornhole boards available. BYO firewood and s'mores sticks! Large commercial playground swing set with three swings in adjacent area.
