Grill

LP gas grill and/or fire pit area with all the grates, utensils, accessories and foil included in rental price. A larger, more robust stainless steel grill is available for larger parties for a small fee.

Shower

An obscure yet luxurious outdoor shower with private dressing room, seating and a mirror is included in the rental price. ** PLEASE NOTE: The shower and dressing room is for rinsing off the chlorine and changing. Guests are kindly asked to limit shower time to 1 - 2 minutes.

Enterprise-level, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the venue and can support 100+ connections.

Fire Pit

We have an in-ground, 6' diameter fire pit capable of seating 8 - 10 comfortably. This amenity is free if you BYO kindling/logs. We also offer a premium service that includes all the wood + marshmallows for toasting. Pricing starts at $25 and graduates upwards based on length of time required and # of people.

Speakers

Two (2) small, yet powerful (loud) BT speakers are available for use. A refundable deposit of $50/speaker is required. We also offer 2 premium service options: 1. A professionally designed, 800-watt home theater/PA sound system capable of supporting BT connectivity, 3 microphones for karaoke, and/or live music. 2. Option 1 + HD projector and 12' x 10' movie screen + AYCE theater-style popcorn + almost any movie, ranging from just-released to the Classics. Pricing

Beach Jenga

Component blocks are much larger, (almost Brick-sized) than the standard pieces. Tower heights can exceed 36" in height.
