About the pool

Cancun-style heated pool with waterfall & pool basketball hoop. Quiet neighborhood. Patio deck, tiki bar (BYOB), two patio tables with umbrellas, cannonball board, hammock, pool toys. Shallow end 3ft, deep end 9.5 ft (no adult diving). Seating for about 15. Pool area can comfortably have around 15 people or so (groups over 15 need to be approved). I have been a pool operator and lifeguard in Montgomery County for many years. Pool maintenance is super-clean and very consistent. 1/2 bath (small) rear private access also kept very clean and disinfected after each reservation.

What makes it special

Heated Pool

Pool is heated to 84 or so degrees. It can be heated with an advanced reasonable request. Can't be heated if it's 90 + degrees outside.

Propane gas (provided) and a charcoal grill. Need to bring your own charcoal and BBQ supplies.

Pool Toys

Various floats; rafts; tubes; pool noodles; basketball hoop and basketball/footballs located on the hammock.

Pets are allowed (not sure why it says otherwise). Cans and plastic only (no glass). Kid parties are welcome. An adult needs to be present to supervise children. Small adult parties are OK. It is a quiet neighborhood. Diving board is for jumping only (adults) since the 9.5 ft. deep end bottom comes up at you fast and can be a hazard otherwise. 1/2 bath-changing room is relatively small and does not have a shower.
