About the pool

Swim, use the putting green, play badminton, sit in the hot tub - no loud voices or children who squeal or scream repeatedly. We LOVE our Swimply guests :-) but Our neighbor's windows are above the pool so we are respecting her right to a "residential level of pool noise." Our SOLAR-heated, Dark-bottom pool with waterfall and slide is privately situated away from main house. Large shallow step area perfect for toddlers. SOLAR-heated shower. 8-foot gazebo/changing room/shade area. Umbrella table with seating for 6 plus 2 lounge chairs. Shaded putting green. Lawn area with badminton net. 4-6 person Hot tub is on deck NEAR house. Ping pong upon request. Basketball hoop in driveway. Safeway/Baskin Robbins Ice-cream/Round Table Pizza/Sushi-e located together in strip mall 4 min from home. Wonderful location for your small-medium size but not too loud events. Most important rule after safety is a respectful level of noise. Laugh - Play Marco Polo - shout Hooray! BUT If you have kids that scream/squeal repeatedly and can’t help themselves, this is not the best fit for our pool as our neighbor’s windows are near the pool. Message us when you arrive.
