Heated Pool

The pool and spa heating system is fueled with propane, which is currently expensive. Due to the size of the pool it will have to be heated the day prior. This amenity is for 1 - 8 hours of heated use.

Hot Tub

The hot tub seats 10. The spa is fueled with propane, which is currently very expensive. It can be heated up for you ad hoc, and heats within 35 minutes.

Air conditioned club room

The private club room features a large sectional couch, big screen TV and games for kids and adults, as well as puzzles. The club room can be air conditioned.

Fridge & Freezer

If you are renting the club room, you are welcome to use whatever space is available in the red fridge/freezer free of cost. It is shared with Bed & Breakfast guests at the ranch.

Pets are welcome to enjoy the pool for an additional cleaning fee.

Forgot swimsuit?

Forgot something? Swimsuits are NOT included in your rental, but can be requested (not self-serve) by messaging your host. We have swim trunks sizes 8 -12 boys, S - XL men's, and bathing suits for girls 7 - 12 and women S - XL.

Soda Bar with Supplies

Before adding this amenity check with host if trained staff is available on your date to set it up. The soda bar set up includes a tiered display of cups, syrup/flavors, soda water, lemon and lime with accessories, themed straws & slurpee spoons, napkins, a vintage ice chest & a snow cone maker on a table bar with table cloth! Guests just need to bring ice. See photo.

Smart TV

Don’t miss a beat! One of the premium shaded areas, the sitting area under the large balcony, features a flatscreen TV with tons of pre-loaded apps. Guests must not charge digital products to the host’s accounts. It would result in reporting to Swimply, a negative review and charge.
