About the pool

1 1/2 acre colonial home in country setting off Mathias Point. Pool is within a large, privately fenced area and includes a large pool deck and raised patio overlooking the pool. Lots of toys, floats, loungers and pool games! 4 Premium lounge chairs, 2 chairs and table under large blue cover, large red umbrella., large netted cabana with area rug, love seat, 2 chairs , 2 ottomans, and coffee tables. 3 adjustable fans, one large standing fan, 2 medium size floor fans. Upper deck includes 3 seat couch, 2 swivel chairs, 2 ottomans, dining table with umbrella and 4 swivel chairs. Complimentary sunscreen, aloe, Off and facial mineral water spray! Private bathroom, mini fridge with complimentary water& soda.! 😀Host will welcome you, quickly go over pool rules, answer any questions and leave you to your privacy. Bring your family and friends for a relaxing & fun day in the sun! I aim to please my guests so feel free to ask me about Birthday Parties, Date Night, GNO/MNO, Home School Fams!
