Early summer and fall weather enjoyment - out pool temperature is maintained at 85 + degrees throughtout the season.

There is a BBQ on site - Large propane gas napoleon with side burner

coolers availble on site - bring your own ice and enjoy cool beverages

Disposable plates - cups - napkins - cutlery

Provided at no cost - no glass is allowed for beverage consumption in the space - however may be transferred in plastic or enjoyed in cans

Outdoor kitchen

An outdoor kitchen space is available for ease of food and drink preparation

Dog allergy alert

Note:: there are two dogs who reside on the property and who enjoy the backyard facilities and pool when we are not hosting - the dogs will be kept inside during your stay however the host cannot guaranteed the space is dog hair free

Garbage and recycling

Please dispose of your items in their respective place as indicated by the host - for larger events an additional large bin can be made available for garbage collection

NON NEGOTIABLES - intoxication / lude behaviours

All guests are expected to respect our home and enjoy responsibly, failure to do so will result in guest(s) being removed and or event to be terminated. We follow Ontario Smart Serve guidelines related to intoxication, any guest suspected of alcohol or other substance overuse having arrived in a motorized vehicle will be ask to make alternate arrangements for pick up, vehicle keys will be held by the host and return via overnight COD courier - overnight parking may be subject to ticketing by the town of Stouffville and are the responsibility of the guest. Nudity, lude behaviours, explicit language and music selection, excessive noise etc. are not permitted on or around the property as this is a family community.
