Grand terrain au bord d'un lac avec piscine creusée et chauffée, spa, 2 grands patios, bbq, accès direct à l'eau avec kayak, paddle et bateau 4 places. Plus de 25 places assisses, peut accueuillir facilement 40-50 personnes. Parfait pour party bbq ou pour fête d'enfant. Toilette portable dans la cour et accès à la salle de bain complète au sous-sol de la maison.
