Fully Private All Inclusive Parties!!
Bookings for less than 30 guests includes pool, tables and chairs, refrigerator, and grill. Cannot bring decorations, only table covers.
You’ll get a glimpse of the country, you can pet our beautiful horse and relax in FULL privacy.
We are on 5 acres. All parking directly in the back, not on the street. Huge covered patio that seats up to 50 guests for parties.
You can bring your own radio and blast as loud as you want or use our radio with Bluetooth.
Two private outdoor restrooms, newly built.
Patio available all year to use. Soon coming for fall when pool is closed Fall parties $250 for 3 hours- no pool.
Over 30 guests $239 per hour price option is our all inclusive party which includes outdoor basketball, bbq grill, option to bring a Piñata, we have a cable device and provide rope, refrigerator, ice chest usage and Bluetooth stereo system. Book this option and get 1 free hour if you pay for 3 hours.
All that included! Best party option! Most party areas charge $600 or more for just 2 hours.
