About the pool
We have a wonderful pool and spa. Along with, having .50 acres of land, so plenty of space. You will not have any problems with mosquitoes, because Terminix comes out to spray for mosquitoes every 3 weeks! It is great to sit outside and enjoy without worry!!!

1.) Kids must be watched at all times. We don’t have a gate around the pool. 2.) Alcohol is allowed, but no glass bottles in the pool and be respectful. 3.) People are allowed to smoke, but please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground. 4.) More then 25 people you have to click the cleanup Amenity if not add I will decline your reservation. 5.) NO ILLEGAL DRUGS
