Heated & Secluded Pool & Spa

A residential pool and spa in NW Austin suburbs. Well maintained, cleaned salt water pool with waterfall. Outdoor fridge for your beverages! Patio table and chairs plus a sun umbrella and gravity chair. The spa is a separate section (with the waterfall) that spills into the main pool when not in spa mode. REFUNDS AND CHANGES: We have a fixed amount of work every day to prepare to reservations. It's in everybody's interest that we not put in that work if it's going to rain, but (short of lightning) it's your decision whether to gamble on a 35% chance of rain! We kindly ask that you submit all reservation change requests prior to 24 hours before the start of your reservation. Full refunds are given up until then, or we will reschedule your reservation as best we are able to. For unexpected changes in weather within the 24 hour window, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling, but this is at our discretion. Please check the weather more than a day out and make a judgment call. Reservations with the HOT TUB or HEATER amenities will not be rescheduled if it is less than three hours before the start of your reservation. In other words: if it's shown rain in the forecast for several days and you wait until 90 minutes before your reservation to ask us to move it, it's a lot less likely we'll be able to do anything about it. Help us help you and check the day before! POOL HEATER POLICY: The heater will not be on unless you add it as an amenity to your reservation. You have the option of adding just the spa heater if you'd like a hot tub (which is what we recommend) or else we can heat the whole pool, but only if we have several hours' notice. Adding the HEATED option will include BOTH the pool and spa settings. Adding the HOT TUB option means the pool will be in SPA MODE when you arrive and only the spa intake will be heated.
