The Pond House Pool

Welcome to The Pond House Pool! Our pool overlooks the neighborhood pond where you can see ducks, fish, turtles, and two resident herons. Neighbors beside us won’t be able to see you in the pool, but those across the pond can see the pool area somewhat. It still feels semi-private though due to distance and foliage. Inside the screened patio you’ll have access to a 6-person dining table and sectional couch (and 2 ceiling fans). We also have a kids picnic table/umbrella that can be set up for the little ones. Outdoor seating includes two lounge chairs w/ umbrella, two chairs w/ umbrella, iron table w/ 2 iron chairs, and a relaxing hammock that overlooks the pond and pool. We will not allow loud parties/music out of respect for our neighbors. Absolutely no alcohol and children must be watched at all times.
