About the pool

This is a 16x30 in-ground pool (tested weekly) with plenty of space.

We require a minimum booking of 3 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If you want to request a shorter booking midweek, please send us a message.

There are sitting and dining areas in both the sun and shade. There are patio lights for evening events. This is perfect for a family swim and birthdays parties. The screened in porch is also yours to use.

We have yard games to enjoy as well.

A bluetooth speaker is available.

There’s a first-aid kit and some extra sunscreen.

We have a list of places to order food for delivery.

Our family lives in the house year round so someone will always be there when we have Swimply guests. You'll have access to the indoor bathroom.

If you are playing games on the lawn or sitting on one of the patios by the lawn, or you’re outside the gated pool area, you’ll have to wear clothing over your bathing suits. We live in a very family-friendly community. ;-)

We have two small, friendly, hypoallergenic dogs named Pepper and Clover. Everyone loves them.
