Children under 4 are free of charge, enjoy the Kid pool with families. (1) Big 40,000+ Gallon ADA pool with gentle slope to 10 Ft. deep. (2) Totally iron fenced. Excellent for birthday or celebration party. (3) Big circular driveway can park 12+ cars on the personal property. (4) Outdoor Pipe Solar shower and also changing room inside Toy Hauler trailer. (5) Big porch about 800 SF. Get suntan but avoid sun burn. (6) Please bring your own BBQ grill and Charcoal. Please Put Off fire before leaving. (7) Located at the Merced most exclusive area near UC Merced with big 60,000 SF lot.
