Children under 4 are free of charge, enjoy the Kid pool with families. (1) Big 40,000 Gallon ADA pool with gentle slope to 10 Ft. deep. (2) Totally iron fenced. (3) Big circular drive way can park 6+ car's on the personal property. (4) Outdoor Pipe Solar shower and also changing room inside Toy Hauler trailer. (5) Big porch about 800 SF. Get suntan but avoid sun burn (6) Cooking range, cooking oven and micro wave oven are available for rent for $10 per event. Please bring your own paper, paper dish and others (7) Located at the Merced most exclusive area near UC Merced with big 60,000 SF lot.
