Pool Cabana

Our two car garage was converted into a pool cabana with full power, fans, charging stations for phones, giant connect four, giant jenga, 2 cornhole sets, and bocce set!

Tree pod

We have a optional amenity for a tree pod to be hung from the large oak tree. It is a hammock/tent that can hold 2 adults or 3 kids. This amenity will have a fee.

Sonos amp and polk audio outdoor speakers.

All guest can hook up to the sonos amp through the app and play music of there choice for free!

String lights

We do have string lights for the night time hanging from the oak tree and over the picnic table area. Also the pool has two led color changing lights!

Ac room

We do provide guest with one private bathroom and 12 x 16 room to store there items, change, or just get out of the sun and in the ac for a cool down break.

There is a parking space in the venue for a food truck/trailer!

Setup/Decorate Time

30 minutes early to setup or decorate for party/event. Absolutely no swimming during this time. If anyone gets in the pool you will be charged full price

30 minutes later than booking time to teardown or clean up decorations for party/event. Absolutely no swimming during this time. If anyone gets in the pool you will be charged full price. if you take longer than 30 minutes full hourly price will be charged.
