About the pool

Our crystal clear pool ranges from 3’-7’ feet and is great for private family dip, a friend's pool day or just a chill swim. We have a large covered patio area with 2 tables, 8 chairs, a BOSE radio/speaker, fans, a gas grill, a small "bullet" smoker and a mini fridge and/or coolers for your use. Additionally, we include a selection of pool toys, floats, lawn games and a basketball with hoop. A porta potty is available in a private tent around the side of the house. The tent can also be used for changing. If you prefer, there is a Taco Bell with a restroom 1 mile from the house. Notice-There is no lifeguard on duty and we have a recording security camera. You will need to assume all liability if there is any accident or injury to anyone in your party and all responsibility for minors you bring by signing our release of liability waiver. If you do not want to assume all liability, please inform us before you arrive and we will work with Simply to provide a refund.

Music is allowed just please be considerate of the neighbors. 2. No diving or rough play. 3. Put trash in provided trash bins and NO GLASS containers in or around the pool. (An extra $30 will be charged for excessive mess left or trash in the pool.) 4. Due to liability issues, no alcohol consumption will be allowed on premises. 5. Arrive and depart on time. 6. Only the amount of people on the reservation will be allowed on the property.
