The backyard pool was built in 2017 and has many amenities - a distant ocean view of Anacapa and Santa Cruz islands, an infinity edge, a Baja tanning ledge, a fire pit, hot tub, a large cabana for shade and seating for 25. A gas BBQ and mini fridge are available. There's a billiard table and a lawn for cornhole. At 50 feet long you can get your exercise swimming laps (not olympic size and no lane lines) . You can just relax enjoying the view along the pools infinity edge and there is a separate pool house bathroom and shower. There is plenty of street parking. **No Smoking Property ( Cigars, E-Cigs, Vaping or Vapor devices prohibited ) ..
