About the pool

We set out to make this a luxurious outdoor oasis. The pool has a beach front entrance for sunning or splashing around with little ones. The deep end of the pool is about 5.5ft deep. We provide two floating chairs that hold drinks, and two floating lounge mats. The hot tub overlooks the pool and can be up to 104. There are two out of the pool lounge chairs for sunning. Need some shade? Enjoy a luxurious 6-8 person couch under a shaded pergola. Need some time away from the pool? Enjoy a beverage at the fire pit while resting comfortably in an Adirondack chair. If enjoying some eats while visiting, then please seat yourself at our 8-person dining table. The included umbrella keeps you out of the sun if desired. The table has two head of the table chairs and two benches. All together, this oasis is solid for a solo retreat. Or, can accommodate up to 30 guests easily. What makes it special

Heated Pool

Guests may request the pool water to be their desired temperature. Most Pool professionals recommend 75 degrees. The Host can accommodate up to 85 degrees if desired. The hourly fee includes pre-heating the pool prior to the Guest's arrival which during the winter months can take up to 5 hours.

Hot Tub

A raised platform hot tub allows guests to tan. The hot tub is lighted and has state of the art blowers. The hot tub can be heated up to 104 degrees.

Porta Potty

For guests of 6 or more, please consult with the host for the use of a porta potty.

Large Fake Turf Area

The large fake turf area is perfect to keep the kids safe and away from the water or it's a perfect place to play frisbee, catch, badminton, whatever you can imagine. My wife suggested it would be perfect for yoga classes. We can negotiate on the fee, so the below fee is a recommendation.

Guests can stay dry or warm with towels provided. Generally, we can provide 2 towels per person, free.
