No guns. No guns no guns.No Huge partys. NO WATER BALLOONs No DJs Birthday partys and small gathers are good. Please keep music at a reasonable level No glass containers bottles etc... Please put smoke butts in ash tray... Please stay in back yard no standing around in the front yard. Respect neighbors . Please clean behind your self. Garbage bags are provided. Guest can use bathroom located in the house. Only one person at a time for bathroom . Please be safe and have fun!!!! Again...
