These are rules developed from experience 😀: - No Lifeguard on duty, swimming is completely at your own risk -No unattended kids. Must be adults in attendance (18+ years of age) -Absolute hard cut off of 25 people on property. It doesn’t matter if they are swimming or not, never more than 25 people in your group. -Weight limit on diving board 150 lbs! - No running around pool - No jumping/diving in shallow end of pool -No DJ’s or loud music, neighbors are very close, music must be kept to ...
