These are rules developed from experience 😀: - No Lifeguard on duty, swimming is completely at your own risk -No unattended kids. Must be adults in attendance (18+ years of age) -Weight limit on diving board 150 lbs! - No running around pool - No jumping/diving in shallow end of pool -No DJ’s or loud music, neighbors are very close, music must be kept to low level using small Bluetooth speaker- 24 hour notice needed to guarantee heated pool to temp between 79-82 degrees.
