Gorgeous heated backyard pool with privacy

Looking ahead, due to cool weather, we won’t be accepting any bookings after Sunday, September 22nd. Any bookings done in the upcoming week should be for at least 2.5 hours. Thank you for letting us host you and we look forward to seeing you next year. Please park in the curb cut. Please do not let Kids jump off the waterfall rock or hang onto the rocks. Those activities are prohibited for safety reasons. We have a beautiful, pristine, heated pool with a slide and hot tub. We are not looking to host big parties. No glass and no alcohol. Usually we host 1-3 families looking to have fun family swim for 2-3 hours. Birthday parties and small celebrations are welcome as long as the kids know swimming. Please manage the noise levels. You are welcome to get cakes and balloons. Please do not get glitter and other small decorations that can get into the pool. Please use the restroom as needed. We have cameras outside and inside the house but not inside the restroom. We have free pool heating. Now even with the heating, it will be 83 F. The hot tub can be used for free but if you want the hot tub water heated to 100F then please check the amenity. Usually swimmers congregate in the hot tub and it is best to check that feature. For rainy weather, we are flexible and can reschedule till the time of the event. If because of rainy weather, you don’t wish to reschedule and need to cancel the booking (and with less than 72 hours remaining to the booking time) we can reschedule the booking to a time slot beyond the 3 day window and then you can cancel.
