About the pool

All kids in the group should know swimming. 2 Hour minimum. For less than 2 hour booking, please send enquiry and don't instant book. End of day, 1.5 hour bookings are possible.

Please do not let Kids jump off the waterfall rock or hanging onto the rocks. Those activities are prohibited for safety reasons.

We have a beautiful, pristine, heated pool with a slide and hot tub. We are not looking to host parties. No glass and no alcohol. Just 1-3 families looking to have fun family swim for 2-3 hours. Please use the restroom as needed. We have cameras outside and inside the house but not inside the restroom. We have free pool heating. Now even with the heating, it will be 82-83 F. The hot tub can be used for free but if you want the hot tub water heated to 100F then please check the amenity. Usually swimmers congregate in the hot tub and it is best to check that feature. For weather issues, we are flexible and can reschedule or cancel till the time of the event. Park in the curb cut.

What makes it special

Heated Pool

We live in New England and that's why we are including the heated pool as a free amenity. We do require a few hours notice to ensure the water is heated at least till 80 F.

Hot Tub

We have a gorgeous attached hot tub that accommodates 6-8 adults comfortably. Usually swimmers congregate here. You can use the spa with just the normal pool water for free but to heat it till 100 F, please check the amenity. We encourage folks to sign this feature.

Pool Slide

There is a beautiful pool slide for your use. We recommend that you first get comfortable with the pool before using the water slide.

All days - 2 hr minimum

For 1-2 swimmers we can accommodate less than 2 hours of booking. Please send an inquiry.

We have a built-in grill area with a small table. But if you want a large table, please check this amenity.
