Comfortable place for summer get together and great for a pool party or just a day with friends. Let us take care of you while you enjoy the hot tub or float around the pool . We have plenty of seating and tables as well as gas grill and some new updates this year. We are in the process of building a pergola over the hot tub and we upgraded to a larger hot tub. I have just about everything for parties of all ages and if I get enough bookings then I’m going to order a blow up water slide. Please let me know if you plan on having a party and would like tables ready , grill ready and complimentary cooler of ice . Towels and baby life vests are provided. We also have a safety gate . If you are booking last minute there may be a lock box to back yard gate and I will give you the code . Please don’t put cigarettes in the yard and please throw away all trash and put floats and pool toys on pool deck if we are not at home. We strive to keep our guests happy and coming back . I will work with you anyway I can for example.. running late ? You still can use your full amount of time as long as no other booking is immediately following. I allow night swims or hot tub up to midnight as long as you are not loud and you clean up after yourself. I may or may not be home but If I am I usually will just say hello and ask if you need anything. I do have a restroom but I just ask that u be dry as possible and knock on patio door .
