About the pool

A luxury 40x20 HEATED (80+°) pool, in large private wooded backyard. Tons of seating, sun and shade. Brick patio, fire pit & pool toys. Restroom. RESERVATIONS AFTER 8pm REQUIRE “LATE NIGHT SWIM” AMENITY. Additional amenities available to enjoy. Covered, shaded area with seating available.

No glass poolside. Noise must be kept at a manageable level (host determines sound level). No driving/parking on grass. NO STREET PARKING. PETS MUST BE DISCUSSED BEFORE ENTRY. If total attendees exceeds booking confirmation host reserves the right to cancel booking immediately, without refund. GUESTS MUST DISPOSE OF TRASH OFF SITE.
