About the pool
Great, extra large 16x30 sports pool available for your party, fitness group, swimming lessons, or water aerobics. Pool is large enough to use as a lap pool too. Larger than most apartment pools. Over 40 people can fit comfortably in the pool. Great for pool volleyball with both sides of pool having a shallow end (sports pool). Large patio area and large yard for lounging. Many extra amenities optional including volley ball net, small refrigerator, bbq pit and outdoor speaker. Private bath with shower available.
