About the pool

Nestled in an upscale subdivision in the outskirts of NE Portland, our pool offers the perfect balance of shade and sun to maximize your exposure time as you enjoy the pool and spa. The spa is kept near 104 and the pool is kept around 85-88 degrees depending on the air temp. We have several lounge chairs as well as patio tables and a sitting area with sofa and captain's chairs. We have pool floats and a basketball hoop. The bathroom is a separate building where you can change privately. Along the path to the pool is our sauna to sit and relax in, this is an add-on. There is a new Weber Grill as well as a propane fire pit and tall heater for evening rentals. Please park in the driveway when arriving. We allow gatherings up to 15 but no loud parties please. We have speakers poolside. NOTE: There is a 2 Hour Minimum and $25 add for certain holidays. **Sign the release before arriving. What makes it special

Heated Pool

We try to keep our pool between 85-90 degrees depending on the weather. It can fluctuate depending on the use that day.

Hot Tub

The Hot Tub seats 8 people comfortably and has jets at each area. The Hot Tub is kept close to 104 degrees.

Sauna

The sauna sits 3-4 people. There is a separate entrance off the garage and a curtained area leading to the unit. It can take a few minutes to get it up to temperature as it is on a timer.
