Please clean up after yourself No glass bottles on patio. Please clean up all dog waste. Swimmers That have been sick within the previous 24 hours are not allowed to swim. Please remember this is a residential neighborhood so keep the noise at an appropriate level. Renters that leave the area dirty will be charged a cleaning fee. Absolutely positively no smoking and that includes marijuana.
