Heated Pool

Salt water chlorine pool, chemicals are tested and adjusted regularly and pool is vacuumed and shocked between each guest. Pool is heated to 86-90 degrees depending on the daytime high. Can be adjusted with enough notice as needed.

Hot Tub

5 person Nordic Retreat MS heated to 95-104 depending on guest preference (typically around 96 in the summer unless otherwise requested) Bromine is the sanitizer. Wall mounted television with fire stick and Bluetooth compatible speaker/soundbar. Tarp roof to keep the summer sun or rain off. Can be easily removed as requested by the guest. Outdoor shower is located next to hot tub.

Shower

Private outdoor shower, dual shower heads (rainfall and mountable handheld sprayer), hot water, next to hot tub with curtains. Shampoo/body wash included.

WiFi

300mbps down Ubiquiti wifi, access point outdoors near pool

Pool Toys

Noodles, balls, inflatables, fins, sinking toys.

Breeo X24 smokeless firepit including sear plate, outpost, and grill. Firewood included

Grill

Big Green Egg, Hibachi/teppanyaki grill, sear burner, pot burners, sink, refrigerator, gas grill, full outdoor kitchen with concrete counters and hot/cold running water. Big green egg is the focus of the fee. If you just want to use the propane grill that is free Fee is to cover charcoal for grill.

Speakers

Bluetooth soundbar and speaker near hottub. Echo dot available in cabana at pool.
