About the pool
In your reservation allow time for set up & take down. No glass in or around pool. Leave the space clean. Private parties only, no online sales. Over 40 guest require a lifeguard provided by a vendor I use. No promoters. No loitering in front of house. Be honest w/guest count. Respect the space & neighbors🌺
