Turn your poolside gathering into a curated café experience with the Sweet Haven Private Matcha & Latte Bar. Designed for celebrations that deserve something extra, this elevated beverage service brings handcrafted café-style drinks directly to your event. Guests may choose from a thoughtfully selected menu of 2 signature lattes and 2 signature matchas, each served in a full-size 16 oz cup and finished with our signature details. Your prepaid package includes beverage preparation, premium ingredients, cups, lids, straws, ice, specialty toppings or cold foam where applicable, plus complete on-site service. Each event package includes up to 4 hours on-site: • Up to 1 hour for setup and preparation • 2 hours of active beverage service • Up to 1 hour for breakdown and cleanup The 2-hour beverage service window is the designated time for guests to order and enjoy their drinks. Additional service time may be added in advance for an additional fee. Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, intimate celebrations, girls’ days, poolside gatherings, and special occasions where you want the experience to feel polished, memorable, and effortless. Packages are reserved and prepaid in advance for a set number of drinks so your event can be fully prepared and beautifully executed. Unused drinks are not refundable once the event service window has ended. We are here to make your event seamless and unforgettable hire us to be your day of coordinator. We will assist you with everything from setting up to schedule to serving food to help you serve drinks to make sure that everyone is comfortable and having a great time this event coordinator is specific to larger events when you need someone to host so you could just sit back and enjoy your day with this added premium service. We will have a consultation prior of expectations and schedule of duties for the day.
