Kat's Summer Splash: Resort-Style Wine Country Oasis

$50

Hot Tub

Enjoy some extra relaxation with my bubbly hot tub, easily seats 6 or more! Please note that the pool will not have waterfall feature if hot tub is on.

$100

Heated Pool

As we head into fall, the pool is getting much cooler overnight and the solar is no longer able to get it much past the mid-70’s, so if you’re looking for a warmer pool, I definitely recommend adding the gas heat amenity. Hot tub included after October 1st. I do need 24 hours notice to heat (it’s a 25K gallon pool, so it takes a long time 😉)

$25

Grill

4 burner gas grill with BBQ tools and other accessories as requested

$20

Oops we popped a floatie!

Accidents happen, but it’s super appreciated if you let me know when someone in your group pops or breaks a floatie or toy so I can quickly replace for my next guests 😉

$40

Fire Pit

Cozy wine barrel fire table in the casita (seats 5) included with casita rental if needed. Not for cooking or s'mores.

$50

Portable patio heater

Beautiful spiral flame patio heater, can be moved to any location.
