Heated Pool

Pool can be heated and cooled prior to arival. Please request desired temperature at least one week prior to booking date. Temperature may varie slightly with in 5 to 10 degrees depending on the weather. If no particular degrees is desirable the fee will be waived.

Corn hole boards will be available by request.

One set of Regulation Size 4’ x 2’ Boards, 8 Bean Bags, will be available by request. Or you may bring your own. I have enough room for 1 cornhole set.

Party or beer pong table

With cups and pong balls or you may bring your own.

Pool Toys

Pool toys/floats, Use at your own risk. If they are damaged there will be a full cost repacement fee according to the value of the pool toy/float. You may bring your own if you would like. Air pump is available to use for inflation.

WiFi

Wifi is available free. User name and password is posted on the window to the house under the gazebo.

Fire Pit

Firepit is available with screen cover. Please bring your own fire wood. If you cant find any please let me know. You may purchase some from me for an additional $10. Must be supervised by adults 21 and older.

Grill

Must be supervised by adult 21 and older. Gas grill and a Blackstone grill top griddle is available per your request. $10 flat fee for each grill.

Refrigerator

You may use my refrigerator inside the house for your cold/frozen foods
