SCREEN-ENCLOSED for mosquito and wasp-free relaxation. This secluded pool includes multiple floats, towels, ceiling fans, shaded seating, and a FULL KITCHEN & bathroom just steps inside your private mother-in-law suite. The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, blender, and basic cooking tools. This interior space is separate from your host's main living area, so feel free to cool off in the air-conditioning or turn the TV on. We provide two loungers, two glider chairs, two sets of 4-seater chairs and table, plus a backup folding card table and chairs. We offer high-speed wi-fi and plenty of outlets for small speakers. The shallow end is 4'; deep end is 8'. Perfect for adults to stand with drinks and have a chat. The ~1 acre backyard is surrounded by trees, including fruit trees like peach, pear, banana, persimmon, and fig, plus grapes, raspberries, and blackberries. The banana tree provides a tropical shaded deep end in the afternoon. We have lots of bird, rabbit, and squirrel friends and you may even spot our neighbor groundhog. We are 1 minute from Kroger for any last-minute necessities. Because we do not have any street parking and are in a residential neighborhood, we are quite firm on the guest count. We'd love to have you over for a quiet family swim or a small party among friends!
