Garden paradise with beautiful inviting pool. Outdoor amenities include multiple dining areas with plenty of seating (up to 30 guests). Bar with Igloo cooler, propane and charcoal grill. Private yard that backs up to greenbelt.

Hey fellow pool lovers! Just some clarification on the pool rules:) Please no glass bottles or containers, for safety, no running or diving. Babies in diapers must wear rubber swimming panties to cover diapers. For parties 🥳 all young adults and children under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult(s). Music is fine, but due to HOA restrictions , must be kept at low level. Thank you!
