3 hour ($750 net) minimum on Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays. Lovely, quiet yard with SO much to offer! Rent the space for a brunch, lunch, or dinner gathering, time with old and new friends, pool time, or even rent the entire space! Our property offers 2 private restrooms, one full bathroom with shower, one large restroom with toilet, sink, and plenty of changing space, and one add'l outdoor steam shower! As your host, we can accommodate almost anything you may request! Renter & owner can work together to get you into a venue that is individualized for your group and budget. We appreciate you taking the time to look at our property and consider us for your next event. Our family regularly hosts large parties, small family weddings, & gatherings of all kinds so we are fully equipped to offer other items available at add'l costs: Drink dispensers, popcorn machine, chocolate fountain, cotton candy machine, party decor and trays, coffee urns, yard games, and MORE! PLEASE ASK - we might have it!
