Our property has a 20 ft deep fishing pond, outdoor lounge area, kitchen, sauna, firepit, & other secluded areas. We welcome negotiated prices, however with costs of cleaners, propane, landscapers, electricity, firewood, ect, our fees are very reasonable! If you have any questions, pls ask! 10 guest MAX - message for larger party rates.

Full use of swimming or relaxing on the pond. Additional waiver to be signed for use of pond.

Fishing

Full use of fishing at the pond. Catch & release, must know how to use fishing poles, bait, line, & be able to correctly release the fish back into the pond. Fishing & swimming is NOT allowed at the same time for the safety of the swimmer.

Beautiful Patio Area

Shaded patio area with full kitchen and attached full bathroom. Sauna is extra (see listing). Seating is for up to 40 on the beautiful redwood table and benches and fireplace with additional couch seating is included.

Grill

We have a large event sized grill, residence sized grill, & fully equipped outdoor kitchen with griddle & 4 gas burners. The outdoor kitchen & other areas are available at additional costs.

Brick Oven

Pizza oven for use! Rented out for usage of 3 hours or longer. The oven can be pre-heated upon arrival or host can leave detailed instructions. When making pizzas for any size gathering, 2+ hours are recommended for prepping & cooking your pizza. Oven cooks 1 pizza at a time.
