Please bring ash trays to accommodate your guest if they are smoking. Clean bathroom area after usage. Please absolutely no standing, sitting or diving off of pool rocks. Also no confetti is allowed on the premises at all. We have two grills on the premises. One grill is complementary but must be cleaned after usage. The other grill is located under the gazebo included with the outdoor kitchen. There is a $75 cleaning and sanitizing fee to use this area of the backyard.
