Adorable 12 x 25’black & white checkerboard tiled pool and spa with table, chairs, umbrella, 2 designer Ledge Loungers, pool floats/rafts, and small covered patio with gas grill, love seat and chairs. Also small fire pit on uncovered patio. Loungers can easily be moved off the beach to anywhere you would like to lounge, in or out of the pool. On the beach they are a great way to lounge in 8” of water. Beach area is also perfect for small children with the bubbler. Tucked away in the hip Brentwood neighborhood, enjoy the privacy of the super stylish back yard of a beautiful new modern farmhouse, a designer’s own home. Enjoy both sun or shade at any time of the day until about 4:00 when the pool is mostly shaded, but a welcome respite in the summer heat. Please enter through the black electric farm gate over the driveway for easiest access. Side gate entrance has only gravel but no pavers.
