About the pool

Please message me for any availability. Due to a career change I am not readily available to maintain the pool area. Thank You for understanding!

•During the "Off Season" I'm open to special request - 5 Hour Minimum Booking Requires at Weekend Rate. Inquire for details. Thank You •3 hours at Weekend Rate = $270Swimply Fee = $27 per for 10 people-It's worth it! •Bookings for groups 20+ will require previous booking and only day parties ending at 7:00 pm for groups of 15+. Bring a friend and check out the space and meet me to "Game Plan" your party. No Exceptions as knowing the guest of a large party is comforting! •House Restroom Access for all bookings. Living/Kitchen available for surcharge •8' x 6' Hot Tub seats 8 persons & 10 inch deep 9' X 13' Sun Deck. •It's a pool built for Volleyball 42' X 22'

During the off season-There is a 5 hour Minimum Booking and it takes about half a day to get pool to 80 when water temp is 69 degrees.
