Only guests that have been paid for may come. No extra guests allowed! No Pets over 15 lbs. No pets allowed in the water. Events are allowed, I MUST be notified in advance. All guests must arrive together. Absolutely no hanging out around the outside of the house. Driveways must not be blocked. There is plenty of street parking. Absolutely NO SMOKING ! Infant diapers available upon request.
