About the pool
book your date night or a relaxing evening in the softub spa. All bookings can be adjusted to suit your needs! All Spa bookings require a 2 hour minimum. Hot tub can get up to 104 degrees! The fire pits, and all the games, amenities, tables and grills are ready for your cool weather events! Let’s roast some s’mores and catch an outdoor movie! Right off college drive on the Suffolk/Portsmouth line by the coast guard training facility. MAX of 4 people in the hot tub, if more people are seen using it at the same time, your reservation will be cancelled without refund. No sitting on the edge, it will damage the hot tub. There is a camera that can be unplugged for privacy, nude guests are fine as the yard is extremely private. Be sure to check out the yurt option if you’d like to have a great date night!

Your choice of wine or sparkling grape juice, towels, linens, and everything needed for date night. Please message us for details and to convey your preferred food selections. Checkout is 10am the following day, fresh eggs and breakfast items are provided for you to cook inside the yurt, a 4-season heated and fan cooled tent, so romantic and glamourous! This is only available with a 2 hour booking in addition to the nightly fee. Message us to ensure availability before booking please.
