Featuring a mid-century modern aesthetic, this hillside haven is centrally located in a peaceful upscale Los Feliz neighborhood. Enjoy a private outdoor experience surrounded by bamboo, creeping fig and citrus trees. This is the perfect space to host a: • Friends Get Together • Sports Watch Party • Game Night - We have Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, Playing Cards, Chess/Checkers/Backgammon and a Poker Table • We've also hosted: • Yoga and Dip Sessions • Sunrise/Sunset Pool Dips • Movie Screenings • Night on the Town Pre-Parties • We have fun over here! Dogs are on the premises but are kept inside the home & away from guests. Additional folding tables are available upon request.
