A private 1000 sq ft room with up to 10 - 6ft tables, and up to 50 folding chairs. The number of tables and chairs are determined by the number of guests. Stand alone decorations only(no tape on or tacks/nails in walls). Must setup and cleanup during hours of rental agreement.

Alcohol Surcharge

An alcohol surcharge must be paid if renter is requesting to bring alcoholic drinks on premises. All alcohol must be served in NON-GLASS containers such as plastic, paper, or styrofoam. This is still no guarantee of approval that alcohol will be allowed.
