About the pool

Great saltwater play pool in a large 1/2 acre backyard! The pool has a stone waterfall and grotto with a tall water slide. The water depth is 3'-5'-4'. There is a gazebo with swings as well as a tiki-themed covered back patio that are included in your booking.

**Pool is not heated. As of 09-09-24 water is running around 80 degrees in the afternoon. The shade sail shown in a couple of photos is not currently in place, it is only used during very hot summer weather.**

Indoor bathroom is available by ringing the doorbell next to the back door. I will be available during your booking to give bathroom access. I keep all window blinds closed during the booking for your privacy.

Music available on back patio via Alexa control. It will be set to stream 70s rock music but you can change it to the music of your choice, turn the volume up or down or turn it off.

Wood playset for kids rebuilt and renovated last year and can be used as well.

Please no smoking. Vaping OK. Please do not move any of the fixtures or furnishings around. OK to use gazebo, open patio, covered patio and kids’ playset. The pool grotto and slide will be turned on just before you arrive. There are echo dot speakers under the patio canopy that will be set to stream 70’s music.
