**Attention - this listing starts at $25 an hour for up to 5 people. For every additional 5 people the price goes up $25 per hour. Max occupancy is 20 people. This includes children and infants. If you have more than the quantity reserved on the date of your rental, your reservation will be amended or cancelled. This is an inground pool 16 x 40. We do have a covered seating area with tv and music and adjacent kitchen inside the garage. There is a stove, fridge and plenty of counter space for food prep. We do NOT have running water in the kitchen. The pool can be heated for $50 flat fee. We do have towels for $5 fee and puddle jumper/ life jackets for $1 fee. There is use of gas grill in this area as well. You will have access to bathroom in residence from Nov 1 thru Mar 31st . A portable toilet is available from April 1- Oct 31. NO glass containers and no smoking near turf. You can smoke in tiki bar which is on the backside of the garage-please dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays only. No dunking on pool rim or rim in the gym PLEASE. NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 11. NO STREET PARKING- ALL ATTENDEES MUST PARK ON OUR PROPERTY. This is our primary residence and home and we ask that you respect that and the comfort of our neighbors when you are renting.
