Private Pool In Quiet Sappington, Lots Of Space For Showers, Gatherings, Parties!

Beautiful 20+ x 40+ private pool. Also available is a tennis court and yard area for volleyball! Located near Mercy South off Tesson Ferry in Sappington / South County, this is an excellent location for family and friend gatherings, birthdays, showers, holiday get-togethers, graduations, private outings, etc.. Two hour minimum booking please. The spacious in-ground pool has a diving board, steps in shallow end, and a sun ledge along deep end. Well suited for both lap swimmers and casual splashing around. Indoor restroom available when owner is present. Additional backyard area available with swing set and plenty of space for lawn games. Tennis court available for additional charge. Photo shoots allowed only with prior approval. Subleasing, ticket sales, and DJ's are not permitted. There is no lifeguard on duty and guests are responsible for their own safety while on the premises. Guests will be required to sign a liability waiver. No glass in the pool area. No large adult cannonballs off diving board or onto owner's floats please. Thank you!
