About the pool

Headcount is based upon the number of people on the property, not the number of swimmers. This is an entry fee to a private event. Swimming status is irrelevant.

What makes it special

Heated Pool

The pool is heated to 88 degrees year round!

Hot Tub

The hot tub uses a mineral system that ozonates and oxidizes the water. It feels so nice to be able to relax and soothe away sore muscles with the jets and mood lighting. The hot tub can heat up to 104 degrees. Limit 6 people in hot tub at a time.

Towels

5 clean back-up towels are available if you forget to bring your own.

Shower

Guests are expected to rinse off in the shower before entering the pool/hot tub.

Pool Toys

Water pong, a floating game table with waterproof cards, dive toys, goggles, foam pool loungers, and other fun things are available for guest use.

Speakers

Guests are welcome to use the bluetooth speaker provided by host for a nominal fee. Personal speakers are not permitted.

Grill

Guests are welcome to use the outdoor kitchen with a built-in propane grill to enjoy a meal. The fee is to cover the propane, cleaning, and wear and tear.

No dogs or glass. Rinse off in the shower before entering the pool or hot tub. Every person who enters the property will be counted as a guest regardless of swimming status. No lifeguard on duty. Do not touch pool equipment. Leave the area as you found it. Hot tub limit is 6 people at a time. Infants are to wear swim diapers. Non-independent swimmers must have an adult in the pool with them at all times. No smoking or vaping. No drinks in the pool. No hanging on the basketball hoop or diving...
