About the pool

Great private outdoor oasis right in the middle of JOCO. The pool features a shallow end with steps to ease into the pool or a deep end with a diving board to jump right in. Also has an optional hot tub for relaxation. Other amenities include a patio table with comfortable chairs and an outdoor living room set complete with a couch, 2 chairs, outdoor fireplace and a TV. There is soft lighting for when the sun starts to go down to keep a chill atmosphere. Comes with a luxurious private bathroom that does not require guests to enter the house. What makes it special

Heated Pool

Pool heater is set to 80 degrees but depending on the weather outside it may be warmer at the time of usage.

$10/hr

Hot Tub

Takes approximately 1 hour to heat (can be done prior to arrival) and can only run the waterfalls OR the hot tub so guests must choose what they would like to utilize.

Refrigerator

Small refrigerator available to keep beverages and/or food cool.

$15/hr

Fire Pit

A full fireplace with a TV. Price includes firewood. Host must be available to supervise if usage is desired for safety reasons. Does not have to be outside but likely will observe from time to time.
