Conveniently located in Yonkers, on the cusp of Mount Vernon, this locale offers an array of backyard amenities (both premium and free), all in addition to a very well maintained, 15ft round, above ground round pool! Walk to and from the Metronorth Mt. Vernon West + Beeline bus #7, 26! Walk to the Garden Deli convenience store, only 2 blocks away! Take a short 3 minute drive or even a nice stroll to Empire Casino, Dunkin Donuts and Cross County Mall from here. Our protective deck awning and classic board game variety makes a great ‘dry’ escape should the weather ever decide to take a sharp turn during your Swimply with us…. but please don’t ever say the evil four letter word that starts with “R” (rain!). That being said, however, no rain refunds, no rain-dates, no rain-checks. *Due to allergies, absolutely no nuts of any kind are allowed near our pool/ home grounds.* Otherwise you are most certainly permitted to bring your own food! Infants are NOT allowed to enter the pool at any time! All infants must be supervised by adults at ALL TIMES!
