King's Day Resort (for A Limited Time, Free Fire Pit)

This is a great space for family gatherings, birthday parties, or to just relax and unwind. Outdoor pool in an upscale neighborhood. The property has a 10x10 aluminum pavilion with a mosquito net for nights. Cleaned after each use and well maintained. The pool has a built-in 2-foot waterfall, 4 fountains in the deck around the pool, and jetted pool steps. The back porch has a radio and fans. Special Notes: 1.) Swimly insures people for the time they are here. Be sure to have the correct number of people in your group when you book, if it changes update your booking. If not additional people will not be insured and I may not be able to allow them. 2.) Try to show up 10 minutes early so I can give you the orientation.' 3.)
